Stream not saving after deleted all stream items

ISSUE SUMMARY:

after deleteting all items in the activity stream any new items not getting saved in the stream. the database table is empty too.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 delete all items in stream
2 go to frontend
3 enter a new status update/what's in your mind
4 try to find it

Hi,

This issue caused by user points configuration, you disabled them all. This configuration will be reflected to stream items. I just enabled them all and the stream back to normal.
