ISSUE SUMMARY: trying to update to latest version and installer same license expired but it's not? We don't have anyone to help with manual or zip stuff this is why we chose jomsocial to be like buddy press and 1 click updating

Can you please upgrade your ijoomla installer first please? use this newest package www.dropbox.com/s/036bme2by73cdkn/com_ij...-01-2016%5D.zip?dl=0 , try to upgrading then.

We don't have any developers or anybody that works on the site. Can you help? We payed to have the site created and chose ijoomla for a specific reason of being able to update without installing files like that. I don't have any volunteers that know this stuff and dint want to mess up the site
