ISSUE SUMMARY: We have updated our dev site to 4.1.4 from 4.0.9 and we are testing it. I am trying 'import users from csv' in the backend. But after I choose a file and which groups to add the users to I do not have an 'import' button. So I cannot import users. What I am seeing looks different to the screenshots I have seen elsewhere.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go to backend> Monitor> Members
2 click 'import users from csv'
3 choose file
4 choose groups to add them to

RESULT No button to actually click to import users
EXPECTED RESULT button saying 'import'
