Hello,
we have currently problems with our mysql db ( MySQL 5.6), it crashes.
The following query has yet been executed and other queries have been waiting for this.

"CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tmpadv SELECT DISTINCT( a.`user_id` ) AS `user_id`, u.`username` AS..."

so the db crashed, we need to restart it, every time. We can not replicate it properly.
It seems this happend when a lot of users uses the search, or something similar.

In addition we have duplicated the search (controller, model, view) in fighter / fightclubs / assosications

so the statments are:
CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tmpadv_fighter
CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tmpadv_fightclubs
CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE tmpadv_associations

This is related with your mysql server performance, I suggest you consult this with your sys-admin, maybe you need to tweak your mysql configuration.
