JomSocial Expired GURU Expired

ISSUE SUMMARY:

Hello,

Like other people I cannot upgrade JomSocial from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5. If I click on the upgrade button I get a message "License is not valid. If I put the license no it brings me to a white page and nothing happen.

Another incredible thing: from my account - my download I have Guru and JS. I bought the package the same day but the expiration licenses are different and absolutely not correct. Still 247 days for Guru and 63 days for JS.

Hi, Alaina.

I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi,

The expiration date time is different because the package has Guru and JS Pro but with different subscription plans. I attached a print screen and there you can see the details.

I thought both had the same 12 months subscription plan.

Hi Alain,

All iJoomla extensions include 12 months. The only way you could get JomSocial x 12 months is when you renew the license.

I checked the installer and everything looks good.

If we can help you with anything else let us know.

Best regards,
