Upgrade / License problem

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I am trying to upgrade from 4.1.4 and the iJoomla installer says invalid license. I logged into my jomsocial account and it says:
JomSocial Pro (100015570)
Expires: In 66 days, 17 hours, 32 minutes
View Orders(4)

There is no license # available. Went to iJoomla and it says I don't have an account.

Can't upgrade, can't get license number.

Looks like many others are having the same problem.

Hi Dave,

You are using old ijoomla version, please you re-download the latest package from "My Account" page, if still now working please you use this one www.dropbox.com/s/w08uzfdna24vexk/com_ij...-01-2016%5D.zip?dl=0

fyi : instead use ijoomla installer, you also can upgrade jomsocial by using the jomsocial zip package directly
