Hi,

I Have some problem in the configuration of the multilingual aspect for the message to be displayed to users after registration. Presently no messages are displayed.
On top of JomSocial I also installed the JSPT add-on and I already look with them at the problem.
After registration, the message regarding email approval is displayed on /index.php/en/jomsocial/register/registersucess. Although, I can access the below mentioned url
www.adinvest-international.eu/en/contact.../registersucess.html

but when I try to access the one where the user would be redirected after registration i.e.
www.adinvest-international.eu/en/contact...s.html?profileType=0
I am redirected back to Home Page.

This implies that this issue is coming due to improper routing for multilingual site. So, I guess, I need to create menu links for above url but I don't where/how. Can you help me with that?
Thanks

Hi, Yves.

I'm not sure if I understood you well. When I access your URL directly I get:
i.imgur.com/8SCJPxJ.png

But regarding what you wrote I should be rather redirected... So I can't replicate this?
Could you provide step by step instruction how to replicate your issue?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

to replicate it, simply try to create a user account online via the front-end.
www.adinvest-international.eu/en/contact...etwork/register.html
once you finish to fill in your profile ( presently only 3 or 4 quick fields), then you are taken back to the homepage without displaying the registration message page.

Hi, Yves.

Did you customized registration process in any way?
File/layout customizations?

I din't touch the code in any way.
There is the BT Login module which adds the login button at the top of the menu (you may disable it if you want to test).
And I use the JSPT components to manage more detailed profiles (but implemented as well in a standard way without changing the code).

Hi, Yves.

Could you completely disable JSPT component and test again?

Hi Michal,

I tested without the JSPT component and in that case I get a registration screen at the end.

Hi, Yves.

Just like I thought. JSPT influences registration flow (it have to), so you may have misconfiguration there or JSPT have an issue.
Could you contact JSPT developers and ask their opinion as well?

Hi Michal,
I will contact them back with that info (they asked me previously to contact you), I hope it will help them.

Hi, Yves.

Oh... so they asked to contact us?
Well, this happens most of the time :)
But here you was able to test this your self.
JSPT enabled - issue is present. JSPT disabled - issue is gone.
So conclusion is: there must be something between JS and JSPT.
Please, contact them and ask if they could write us directly if they need something (code or explanation)... so you don't have to go back and forth.

Hi Michal,
This is solved. It was due to the configuration of the JSPT components, which was not detailed in their documentation.

Admin Approval plugin is developed in a way that it should handle all the registration flows whether its Joomla or Joomla+JomSocial or Joomla+JomSocial+JSPT or Joomla+JomSocial+JSPT+PayPlans. Hence, once the registration completes, the activation message is displayed on the home page itself rather than on the registerSucess page of JomSocial. In your case also, its displayed on the home page only.

:-)
