It's because some user related data are stored in _community_register

The strange thing is that they are no relation with user records in other tables.
I'm not sure what that data are and if they could be safely removed.
I asked our developers for explanation.
I'll update you ASAP.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
It's safe to clear that table content. It's used to store temporary user registration info.
It seems that few registrations ware terminated.... and data left in table.
Now, please, remove those records manually using PHPmyADmin.
We'll add cron job directive to clear this table content after x time in our next release.

I have a member that was unable to login, since I couldn't find them on the backend I told them to recreate a profile. They was unable to create a profile on mobile phone. They asked could I create profile on their behalf.
When I created the profile on their behalf on the computer it worked. After a successful login the message above showed up.
This issue is not related with your previous one.
Also it's irrelevant with thread title.
Please, open new thread for it.
