after purchasing software it says that the license is not valid
Can you try to download the latest package from "my account" page, and override the ijoomla instalaltion with the newest package. If this issue still happens would you mind provide me backend and FTP access, please? we will check it.
I downloaded the latest version, did the override, but still get the following message "Error
This license is invalid. Please contact us for more information!"
I have always had this error ever since I purchased your product. Should a new account (different license number) be created?
One of our programmers will help you to fix that. Anyway, if you need to update your site remember that you could use the zipped file you got in the downloaded package and update as any other regular Joomla! extension.

There is happen something when our extension try to install the package from the URL we provide.
If I browse the URL, i can download package but if I use Joomla! URL upload for install, and I add the same URL I get:
Warning
Error connecting to the server: SSL connect error
Error
Invalid URL
Unable to find install package
So, I am thinking that there is a setting/restriction on your server.
Just try to install any component using the URL upload way and see what errors gave.

We still investigate this issue, is happen only on some servers and we look to see if from us or to find the external cause. As soon we will find something, a new version will be out.
You can install component without any issues using the joomla installer.
