Jomsocial 4.1.4 is not sending Admin notification on account registration, but it does send e-mails to user!!!

Make sure that your Admin or Super User account has set "Recieve System E-Mails." to YES in Joomla! account configuration.
JomSocial doesn't send new user notification - Joomla does.

That is fine - I meant you to edit your Joomla! user account, the user that you want receive system email and check if "Recieve System E-Mails." is set to YES.

I saw that your SuperUser accont already has this set to YES.
And even so... emails are still not received?

But, when i create a user with Google+ or facebook using
www.sourcecoast.com/joomla-facebook/
e-mails are sent perfectly! So it is a Jomsocial issue.

here the fix:
Apparently this is not fixed. I have a fresh install of Joomla and a fresh install of jomsocial. Thats it. Setup a few test accounts from jomsocial and NO email to the admin about the new accounts. How do we fix it? Oh, and today is 8/13/17 so i have the latest of both software.
