Jomsocial Just installed nothing is working

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After installation of jomsocial on latest joomla 3.4.8. Jomsocial does not work. I tried in chrome and explorer. There is an error in the log not sure if it related. "[07-Jan-2016 12:53:40 America/Chicago] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: extraString in /home/mysite/public_html/components/com_community/controllers/photos.php on line 2240"

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 logon to jomsocial
2 try to edit photos, avatars or anything on profile

Hi,

I cannot access administrator page. got Forbidden access (403).
seem my IP adderess blocked from your server.

my IP 36.83.173.29, but my ISP using dynamic IP. could you please turn off that IP blocker for the moment? you can enable it again after this issue done.

Hi,

please check it. you need to turn off JS optimizer from template configuration.



javasvript optimizer will not working for jomsocial, because jomsocial already optimized by using Grunt
