Hello!

I need to access to it from mobile devices: is Jomsocial web responsive? If it isn't how can I make it web responsive? Must I install a Jomsocial theme that is web responsive? How can I install a specific theme for Jomsocial?

Yes, our Jomsocial template already responsive.. but for making it better you can use our Joomla template for jomsocial, please check socialize.jomsocial.com

Ok, but if I would like to install a third-party web responsive template for Jomsocial how must I proceed? Must I install from the Joomla installer or must I install it from the back-end of Jomsocial?

Yes you right, install like you install common Joomla extenstions, then setup the template like you need
