JomSocial Expired

Hello!

I installed iJoomla installer to upgrade Jomsocial from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 version. It asks me to insert license code: I haven't found my license code in my account profile. The only code I found is in the "transaction details" column of my "order details" but I don't think this is the license code....Anyway I inserted tin iJoomla installer the code I found in the "transaction details" column and started updating process using the "update" button. Anyway the updating process seems that doesn't work: in fact I obtain only a blank page and no error messages!!! Obviously my Jomsocial hasn't been updated!

How can I do? Let me know, thanks.

Luca

p.s. are there other method to update Joomla version without using iJoomla installer?

Hi Luca,

We have issue on ijoomla installer right now.. indeed you can use another method to update jomsocial.

- Please you download the latest package from "My Account" page
- extract the files
- and install com_community_pro_4.1.4.zip directly from Joomla installation

thank you!

Ok,
but before doing it must I uninstall the old version? I hope I haven't to do it, because I have already configured my forum with all categories !

A question: is the license code that one I told you in my first message (that is to say that one I found in the transaction column of order details in my account profile)?

Thanks,

Luca

The license code can be seen on "My Account", beside the product name on the left colomn

thank you!

So, is it the number of nine digits that I find between the round brackets beside the product name?

Thanks,

Luca
