JomSocial Expired

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I get and error when i try to update jomsocial from 3.2.1.5 to 4.1.4 with Ijoomla installer.

Could you please help me fix this issue?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 insert license key
2 i press update
3 i the process freezes

RESULT Jomsocial update process freezes, som i cant upgrade
EXPECTED RESULT to update Jomsocial from 3.2.1.5 to 4.1.4 with ijoomla installer

Hi,

please download jomsocial package at jomsocial.com > my account.
unzip that file, you can find ijoomla installer at there. install it again from joomla backend > extensions > manage

if still cant, you can upgrade your jomsocial from joomla backend > extensions > manage.
if prev version of jomsocial installed, joomla will automatically upgrade it. but at jomsocial 4, you need to re-setup modules. many module changes there.
