URL field will not allow a Google+ member url (won't allow the "+" sign).

ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 enter "google.com/+rebekahrichards1" into a JS URL field called labeled "Google+ Profile URL:"

RESULT - Will not save with the "+" sign in the URL (which is REQUIRED by Google+ and is a standard url syntax).
EXPECTED RESULT To save the URL, as a functioning URL, without the error message
BROWSER , chrome and firefox, maybe others.
