ISSUE SUMMARY:

No connection to www.jomsocial.com from Germany. My current IP is 188.194.206.81. But, since other IPs also don't work for me it seems that your server blocks a whole range of dynamic IPs allocated by our provider.

The only way to get connected to your site is to change to a proxy IP outside my country. As for now I use an IP located in Canada, and it works. However, this is not the way it should be and it starts to become annoying.

Any update? Still locked out from jomsocial site.

Things got even worse, since I'm denied access to socialize.jomsocial.com also.

Please help!

Hi there,

My IP is still blocked, and it's ages now that I'm forced to go through external proxy servers in order to reach your site.

Honestly, it's really frustrating to be subscriber for both, jomsocial and socialize, but not being able to access latest updates and bug fixes :(

I reported this problem to our server admin.
I'll update you ASAP when it will be solved.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
