Upgrade stuck at "Updating JomSocial Database"

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I am upgrading to 4.5.1. I have uninstalled previous version and installed this version. It then just hangs at "Updating JomSocial Database"

Please advise asap as I don't really want to go back to my backup if possible.
