Hi, Tiberiu.

Your supported domain is: collidehub.com/launchyu/
But you trying to use iJoomla Installer under collidehub.com/h2
Installer will work ONLY under supported domain.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

no, I had a few domains that were supported and didn't have any issues with the installer for:
collidehub.com/launchyu
collidehub.com/l2 - staging for one above
ollidehub.com/demo
collidehub.com/helix
collidehub.com/h2 - staging for one above

I'm pretty sure the plan (Pro) supported unlimited domains when purchased as it says on the pricing page currently.

can you pls look into this & resolve. I need to update both live & staging communities

happy holidays,
Tibi

Hi, Tiberiu.

Just to make things clear, your supported domain is: collidehub.com/launchyu/
No other site under any other domain will be supported as you hold PRO license... what means that only ONE domain is supported. ONE domain = ONE site. NOT 5 sites located in folders (or subdomains) the main domain.

Other domain are just sites where you installed JS. They are just information for us.

In last week few users reported similar issue with iJoomla Installer. We're looking for source of this issue.
I assign developer to this thread.

Hi Tiberiu,

right now we have some trouble with our ijoomla installer, but our developer is fixing this issue right now.

For time being, I suggest you install jomsocial manually from uploading zip package, install the newest jomsocial version package like you install the common joomla extenstions.

thank you

Michal, thanks for the explanation. Totally irrelevant to the fact that the iJoomla installer is not working, which the ticket is pertaining to.

Dimas, thanks. Could you update this thread when fixed, or what's the easiest way to find out?

I'd like to wait for the installer fix vs. the manual installation. What's the ETA for that / best way to find out when fixed?
