Hi,
when we would like to update from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 the above message comes.
note: this problem is only with the main domain, with the add domains it runs fine.
any ideas to help?

Your licensed domain is: onlineschule24.ch
I presume that issue apply to your site under that domain.
I move your thread to different forum category, please add your site credentials - I need to take a look.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

We are investigating this issue because it doesn't happen in all sites. We found just two sites with that issue and we need to find under which scenario it doesn't work. If you could grant us FTP access would be great.
Hi Andreas,
We did some debug on the site and I think there is curl issue. Looks like the curl is enabled on server but maybe curl_exec is not running. Also, can be related with safe_mode, should be yes.
Can you please check the configuration and see what is different from subdomains where is working? it should be a server settings
hi Alin,
thanks for your reply.
half solution: we have changed the PHP server version from 5.4 to 5.5. Now we can see a license-nr (100022038) but it is an other as the 2nd unsupported domain (100007194).
regards
Andreas
