Hi, Andre.

You can't as your license number is attached to domain: xxx.
So upgrading or installing anything via iJoomla Installer will not work under different domain than: xxx

So please, browse here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
Download latest version and install it via Joomla! Installer just like any other Joomla! extension.

As for T3 plugin - you should rather report it to T3 developers as this plugin is developed and hosted by them. Probably upgrade will work if you just download this plugin and install it via Joomla! Installer like I advised above.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

HI, Andre.

Dev subdomain is not your main supported domain. It's really no use to change it as supported because after a while you'll request another change. Please, do as I said: use Joomla! Installer.

Andre

Hi, Andre.

Domain removed.

In pas was older version of installer. Now it works as it should - checks supported domain and compare it with current system domain.
iJoomla Installer will allow to upgrade or install our extensions ONLY under supported domain.
I repeat - you still may install extensions using regular Joomla! Installer.

Hi Michal

Thanks - i installed it via regular joomla installer! It works...

But why u can't change the maindomain on my dev.xx? or you support this dev.xx also?

the plan is, when i starting with the site, i copy all files from dex.xx to the maindomain. also in the future - from this view, i just need support on my dev.xx.

thanks,
andre

Hi, Andre.

We support your dev site too.
You allowed to have TWO supported sites: one your main domain and one dev site.
So both are supported but ONLY ONE domain may be declared as supported in licensing system.

Hi Michel

Ok - thanks for your message!

When possible - PLEASE change this update-stuff on my dev site - for me, this is very easyer to handling in the future. Please make just one this change - it's important for me!

When it's done - then i make a new purchase today for the next year.

thanks for your help and good support,
andre

HI, Andre.

If I change your supported domain to your dev site... you'll be stuck with it.
Then when you move to main site... you'll be asking the same thing for your main domain (complaining that you can't use iJoomla Installer on main site).

So I'm sorry but no. Dev site is supported but IJoomla Installer will be fully operational ONLY for your main domain.

Hi Michal

Ok, i'm not happy about that - for me the "mainsite" is my dev!!! When all is working on dev - also in the future, then i install all this by regular joomla installer on my maindomain.

Yes, it's possible that i need also support for my maindomain in the future - but i'm contact u NOT about the iJooomla Installer thing...

But ok - first i start with this like u describe!

thanks,
andre
