Hello
IJoomla Installer Setup has stopped showing me the license number ...
I have a current license what I see in my menu on the www.joomsocial.com ...
What should I do ?

Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Please, stay with English as this is officially supported language.
Any attempt to add license number ends with "This license is invalid. Please contact us for more information!".
I assign Billing Department staff to this issue.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.

Check if you're using the latest iJoomla Installer. If not, update to 1.0.4 version please.

The problem still unchanged ...
As I see not only I have such a problem ...
further licenses despite the apparent lack of a valid license ...

Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Is the folder with ijoomlainnstaler to have access to files 755 ...
And if the other is how ...
Can the tm is the problem?

Hi Pawel,
I don't think it have to do with permissions on installer component.
I still can't log in via FTP but please check if your server have these two settings:

extension=php_openssl.dll
allow_url_fopen = On

Please advise.

I checked login to ftp is going well ...
I do not know how to check the given parameters of the server ...

I just tried again to login to FTP with FileZilla and I still get the error.


Maybe my IP is blocked, it should be an IP from Romania, please do check and advise me.
