Upgrade doesn't work

ISSUE SUMMARY:
The current version of Jomsocial is 4.0.9, some weeks ago i tried to update to latest version 4.1.4 and I had to restore a backup of my web to www.pasionamarilla.com/new/
Today i made a copy of the website for update and when i tried to upgrade the component this show a blank page.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Components -> Joomla Installer
2 Add License
3 Click upgrade
4 Blank Page

Hi Ivan,

The upgrading done.. I installed Jomsocial directly by uploading the jomsocial package.

But I get another issue with 500 internal error, would you mind provide me FTP access? I will check the code directly
