JomSocial Expired Socialize Expired

I'm trying to change the way the link is shown after it is posted.
In this image here I want to change from the default jomsocial layout on top in red to the
lay out at the bottom in red.
I'm assuming I'll need to edit the css I'm just not sure where and what codes to use,
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

This is bit tricky, since you need HTML and css code as well, we can help you... I suggest you hire the 3rd party developer.

thank you!
