Fatal error after update

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I've upgraded from version 3.-something to 4.1. The installation and upgrade-process went fine and I could not see any errors. When accessing the site after the upgrade though, I get this error message:

Warning: require_once(AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH/pc_includes/JSON.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/****/public_html/components/com_community/libraries/comment.php on line 16
Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: JLoader::$classes in /home/****/public_html/libraries/loader.php on line 195

This message is shown both in the frontend and the backend-section of the site.
