ISSUE SUMMARY:
jomsocial 4.1.4 in joomlart's uber theme.( install in localhost）

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
many of the features found jomsocial are not working correctly.Because the buttons for each function key can not be used.
I do not know how to solve?

please make sure you turn off all javascript (js) optimizer tools. some template having that settings or joomla 3rd party plugins that related with JS optimizer.

if still cannot tackling the issue, I need to access your site for debugging purpose. you can upload it by using dev domain ( dev.yoursitedomain.com ). need create that sub domain first if not exist.

if using default joomla template (e.g: protostar), the issue hapening at that template?
if only at uber theme, please goto joomla backend > extensions > templates > open uber theme, goto General, and make sure Optimize JS = No
