ISSUE SUMMARY:

Manifest file for patch packages contains wrong verison number.

Take a look at "administrator\components\com_community\community.xml".

It contains such node in both 4.1.0 -> 4.1.3 and 4.1.0 -> 4.1.4:

<version>4.1.2_Nov_06 Pro</version>
