In my first post I made I saw a field for admin username + pw and cpanel/ftp details for hosting if necessary and don't see that field anymore when just making a reply.

Can I email you the details or should I just start a new thread on forum with this information hidden when making first post?

I'm sure there is some bbCode I could use in here, but I'm not sure how to hide private information :P

Also, does backing up to previous state lose new users that registered since last back up?

Would there be a way to do a back up to previous state of website and keep the new users that registered since then?

Perhaps copy the state of user manager database and upload that back into restored state of website?

And so if you hack the new happy mood ID I made and give it the same original ID as before will the mood pop back up in every post I had it in before or is that information lost for good if I do not back up?

Just curious, but I'm willing to see if the mood ID hack will work :)

Where is the cPanel account? I cant see it on the first post. Well, I will tried to change the mood happy ID to the old ID, and change the newest stream with new happy mood it to the old one. SO this issue can be fixed then, right ? :)

Yeah I already created a new mood with the happy image you sent me earlier and made it the same details "feeling happy" and placed it back up at the top so when making new status update it is now there and working properly in the order I want it, however, some of the posts that had the happy mood are now gone.

I think so anyway, I'm still trying to figure out what happened.

Another theory is once I deleted the first mood that was the happy mood the "feeling cool" mood took over that ID and is now displaying this mood instead of the feeling happy mood.

I remember using the happy mood way more frequently than the feeling cool mood and noticed that now a lot of posts have the feeling cool mood instead of the feeling happy mood.

This is one theory, however, from that screen shot I sent you there was one post that clearly had the happy mood being used and instead of displaying the broken image which is what it was doing before I deleted and fixed it, it now appears as though the mood is completely deleted/missing from the post.

Feel free to have a look in the database and see if you can figure out what happened and solve the mystery, but luckily I am still in prototype development mode before launching my company so it's not a huge deal :P

In the future however right now I would be freaking out :P

In the future do you guys offer a VIP tech support???

I do not mind paying extra for better tech support and once I launch my website problems such as the moods disappearing and another problem I recently had which was just recently fixed would be incorrect redirects to update profile email, time zone etc not even user profile.

Luckily you guys were able to solve it pretty quickly, but once I officially launch my website and start getting a lot of users I want to make sure that any issues that arise in the future can be taken care of as quickly as possible.

Ok done, I already changed the old happy ID with the new one..

well, to avoid this issue in the future please dont remove the current mood list..

as long as your support is on our support privacy scope, you will get the support for free, so dont worry... just let me know if you have another issue then..
