ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi there,
I'm getting some issue after upgrading to jomsocial 4.1.4


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 uninstall all jomsocial related component and plugins
2 re installing jomsocial 4.1.4
3 I got this error: Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH/pc_includes/JSON.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php53/pear') in /home/solteras/public_html/components/com_community/libraries/comment.php on line 16

4 Proceed to reintall jomsocial, after that i get a bucle using ijoomla installer and uploading the package after finish the installer and click on Done, then start again to the same thing after done click on done and start again and never finish, please check the screenshots

This issue cuased by "installer.dummy.ini" is failed to be deleted, now I already fix it by delete it manually.
