ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 I have installed joomla to www.taiyuanexpats.com
2 I have uploaded the jomsocial installer per instruction
3 it will attempt to unpackage the files
4. it will freeze when when i click next to install.

RESULT jomsocial will not be installed
EXPECTED RESULT fresh installation of jomsocial
BROWSER chrome.

can you tell me exactly how to solve the problem so if it happens again , i can just go in and do the same thing. i'd hate to always bother you with this trouble. thanks again.

Your backend access is not working, can you check it please? also I need your FTP access as well.

not sure, maybe caused by your connection.. I just installed like you did, and went fine :)
