Can't install extensions with godaddy hosted site.

ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 installed joomla with godaddy hosted www.taiyuanexpats.com
2 purchased pro jomsocial and uploaded to site
3 try to install extension but it freezes
4 shows message The PHP temporary directory is not writeable by the Joomla! instance, which may cause
issues when attempting to upload extensions to Joomla!.

do you mean you can completed the jomsocial installation process?
please check it. I did it for you, seem only cache issue.
