ISSUE SUMMARY: Get wrong url from jomsocial menue
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 mouseover e.g friends request icon from toolbar you get url profil/friends/pending.html instead of friends/pending.html
2 Also notifications icon you get profil/inbox.html instead of inbox.html
So I cannot call my received messages from message icon I get a url like profil/inbox/read.html?msgid=667 instead inbox/read.html?msgid=667.
I have rebuild all menue item but it don't help
I deinstall an reinstall jomsocial but no solution
Do you have an idea what can I do?
Hi, Thomy.
You hold a JomSocial PRO license so only ONE domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: knuddelesel.de
And you request support for: mein-mv.de.
Thy are not the same sites (different layout, different content).
Could you explain?
Hi, Thomy.
Does your issue apply to knuddelesel.de?
HI, Thomy.
Links are wrong as JomSocial toolbar is used as menu on your site.
It's probably caused by this: Knu JS Community Menue Everywhere .
JomSocial toolbar menu items - on your site use own menu items ID... while they should use common menu item ID.
Please, read this:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Toolbar...ined#Common_Mistakes
Hi Michael,
My module Knu JS Community Menue Everywhere is only on non-jomsocial sites active. To deactivate it not solved the problem.
I also try to decativate all jomsocial related menue items in other menues/module but it don't help.
In the past it works with all menues/modules I don't know at what time it stopping to work.
Hi, Thomy.
Please, could you disable page speed?

I noticed that some of Joomla! scripts are hosted on CDN.
Hi, Thomy.
I managed to fix your issue. It was a bit complicated.
It was menu misconfiguration + menu item ID issue.
profile menu item has lowest menu item ID from all JS related menu items. So I created hiddem menu and created new menu item titled Community.
It links to JS home page.
Then I edited menu items in database it menu item ID to be lower than "Profile" menu item ID -> 118.
Next I disabled menu items in "Schattenmenü" menu that ware linked directly to JS related pages. You should rather use menu aliases instead direct linking. Edit disabled menu items and change them into menu alisaes, then point to respective menu items in JomSocial toolbar menu.
Please, check if everything is fine now.
I created backup copy of your site before I've changed anything.
Hi Michal,
yes it works, thank you great support!
It means that the Entry page item ID must be the lowest one of all other jomsocial menue items?
When I try debugin it by myself I have for a moment the same idea but working on database would be my latest way :-)
