Hi, Ray.
You need to have installed Joomla! CMS first as JomSocial is a Joomla! extension.
www.templatemonster.com/help/joomla-how-...-manual-install.html
Then you'll need to configure it, add menu, template and so on.
And install JomSocial just like any other extension (component):

Hi. I have installed joomla through godaddy and uploaded the jomsocial file but when it freezes when at the installing JomSocial Files. i have installed joomla at the root directory and maybe its a .php configuration problem becuase the warnings say that my php isnt writable. how can i cahnge it to writeable?
Hi, Ray.
Please, edit your first post and below main text field is credential box.
Provide there credentials to your Joomla! site.
HI, Ray.
You hold a JomSocial PRO license so only ONE domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: woodardschool.com
And you request support for: taiyuanexpats.com. I'm sorry but as it is different domain, support will be not provided for it at the moment.
Unless you change supported domain (need to have valid reason e.g domain name typo)
Please post a domain change request here:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues
After your request is accepted, please, update this thread and make sure it has "Pending Support" status.
Then yes, I'll need administrator access (Super User) to your Joomla! site.
Hello. They have changed the support domain to www.taiyuanexpats.com . i think that the temp folder just needs to be writable but im not sure. i have give you my credentials. could you please help me solve this and tell me why i cant install extensions? thanks

thanks guys.
HI, Ray.
I didn't installed JomSocial - I just checked your site backend and saw that it's already installed.
I also can't recall that I said "cache problem" in this thread. Do you reference to other thread?
