Please was wondering why we cannot upgrade to the latest version 4.1.3?

HI, Camina.

That is correct. Currently you hold a Standard license when you want to upgrade to JomSocial Professional.
This can't be done as your license was probably downgraded when you renewed recently.
You still may upgrade JomSccial via Joomla! installer just by installing latest version on top of your installed one.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

In addons section are list of available extensions that could be integrated with JomSocial.
Nevertheless they belong to respective developers and if you have question regarding them - you should contact their authors.
I saw that many users use jMarket on their sites.
You may give it a try.

Hi Michal,

Why we cannot import Jomsocial users from our main website tykemart.com to our beta site at tykemart.com/beta/ ?
We encountered error "CSV file is not formatted properly" when importing the exported csv file from tykemart.com.
Also try to export csv file from tykemart.com/beta and import back the file but still encountered error "CSV file is not formatted properly".
