Hacked and need recovery procedures

ISSUE SUMMARY: playnicesocial.com has been hacked and now i cant get the log in screen. My clients cpanel shows that someone else is using the domain name and server space without my clients consent to do so.

I suggest you to open new topic at:
forum.joomla.org/

it must be a "hole" at your joomla site. only joomla developers who know about it.

I go to log in the backend and get Database Error: Unable to load Database Driver: mysql. I cant even get the log in page to log into the backend. I can see from my cpanel that some other user is using my clients server space with there own html in place of mines
