Installing JomSocial

ISSUE SUMMARY: I am trying to install JomSocial on my site homebuilderslibrary.com it gives me an error message saying it can not be uploaded on server. I'm using the Extension Manager upload and uploading the
com_community_std_4.1.3.zip

There was an error uploading this file to the server.

I am using a RocketTheme Template Callisto using Gantry 5

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1: Extension Manager
2: Upload File
3: select com_community_std_4.1.3.zip
4 Fails to upload

Please, read this document: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements
Check if your server meets our system requirements.
Also contact with your hosting provider in order to check if folder chmod/chown are correct.

This issue may apply to Joomla! installed using server tools (some providers offer tools to preinstall certain scripts like Joomla! - thus installed scripts have security chmod/chown settings that prevent installation of any extension).

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
