Just bought Guru+JS - Problems...

ISSUE SUMMARY:

* It takes forever for pages to the components to load (admin, JS front works fine). Or not at all. Get an error message "An error has occurred. 0 String could not be parsed as XML Return to Control Panel"

* Any settings I try (bot Guru and JS) result in long await and ends with error message "An error has occurred. 0 String could not be parsed as XML Return to Control Panel"

* Last time I got in to Guru (after 1 min 13 sec loading) it says "New Version Available: (Change Log) (Download)". When I go to download, I can't login (have an Jomsocial account). And I can't create a new account.

* When I instead try iJoomla installer, most of the times it doesn't load at all. When it does (2 min 7 sec loading time last time) and I click Upgrade (yes, I filled license no), it results in a blank page.

Hmm, you're right. Guru and JomSocial load quite long.
I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
