Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Ok, I saw your issue in backend. Please, uninstall it. Next install JomSocial and iJoomla Installer again.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,
Thank you for taking a look at my issue (unable to install iJoomla Installer.
I did again go to Extensions::Manage::Manage, selected iJoomla Installer checkbox and clicked Uninstall.
I received the message "Uninstalling the component was successful."
I again downloaded the JomSocial Pro product and extracted the file.
I again went to Extensions::Manage::Install, used tab "Upload Package File", chose file "iJoomla-Installer-Updater.zip", clicked "Upload & Install"
I again received the message "Installation of the component was successful."
Still, when I go to Components::iJoomla Installer, the bad result is the same (new screenshot attached).

Then you missed my instruction :) At least this part:
Please, uninstall it. Next install JomSocial and iJoomla Installer again.
So again:
1. Uninstall iJoomla Installer
2. Make sure it was removed from filesystem
3. Install JOMSOCIAL
4. Install iJoomla installer at the end.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.

Hi Michal,
First, thank you very much for replying.
I didn't understand how to install JomSocial before installing the iJoomla Installer. The only instructions I had located (http://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/IJoomla_Installer_Installation) specifically require doing it the other way 'round.
Then it hit me - and I'm a dummy - that I needed to upload the com_community_pro_4.1.2.zip file and install that. It seems to be working.
Again, thank you for assisting me.
