Error when registering after recent upgrade

ISSUE SUMMARY:
When a user tries to register using the Jomsocial tool bar at the top of the page, they fill out the first page (basic details), then click 'NEXT' and complete the second page of details. So far so good. However, when they click the 'Register' button to complete the process, they get a weird screen appear (see attached screenshot) - they don't get a confirmation validation email.

When I view the user record in the backend via the Jomsocla component the record appears but only seems to have recorded the name and email address - not of the other details appear including required fields.

If I then click to save the record the following message appears:

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Try to register using the Jomsocial toolbar at top of screen at www.woolamaibeach.asn.au
2 Complete the process and click the 'Register' button to submit the form.

RESULT - weird page in attached screenshot appears.
EXPECTED RESULT - should register user and send confirmation/validation email.
BROWSER - Firefox or google.

Hi,

the issue from this plugins:
Joobi - Affiliate sync users
Joobi - User synchronization

please turn it off for both. that plugins make joomla user sign up broken.
