ISSUE SUMMARY:
hello i got some problems setting josocial
A) Login form is not shown properly. Fields are little and can't see what you are typing
B) Members avatar are not shown properly. Image wrong resized
C) Issues with icons up left (Notification, frinds add, messages etc) drop down is diplayed out of screen.

All the rest seem to work great ;)

Can you help me to fix?

P.s. I don't have link to jomsocial in my admin panel (don't know why) i get access to jomsocial from direct url.

i don't have the menu up left too that's why i don't see dropdown property (image 3).

THis issue caused by your Joomla template, I tried to use default joomla template and works fine..
