You advised to uninstall chat JBolo. We did exactly but problems with CAPTCHA is not decided, and created additional troubles. Keep away without solving this problem we can not, because then the potential costumers will not be able to register in our website. Therefore, we concluded that the best way for us to solve this problem is complete shutdown captcha on block registration. Let our users register without captcha. but in your case there is a serious problem with your system - frontend doesn't follow changes in backend. I changed default template to protostar.... and in frontend is still beez3 I don't see any caching plugin and Joomla! caching is disabled. But still your site seems to be cached. I guess you'll need a serious site overhaul.
