My site from inside is frozen !

ISSUE SUMMARY:
TO be honest with you this is second time i come across this issue and i had to contact my host to reset the server to the last back up to get my site working again , but today am not going to contact my host , i need you guys to experience this issue .
Please i need help , i want my site to run smoothly and without this worrying issues.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 If you log to my site right now and try to comment , i get red points
2 Like not working frozen
3 Stream or news feed it not there , disappeared or it's not loading

Hi, Ilyass.

Your issue was caused by enabling jQuery in JomSocial toolbar. Joomla! by default loads jQuery so it was loaded two times. By default this module DOESN'T load that library. You changed those settings and it caused your issue.

I disabled it and now it works fine. Please, try it.

If you have doubts if yoou need or want to enable some settings - feel free to ask on forum.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
