ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi,
Bought your standard version earlier. Tried to make changes to the appearance, then realised I had to buy the upgrade. So I did. And I installed it. But I STILL GET AN UPGRADE MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS THAT PART OF THE SITE!!!!
Note that If I cannot access that part of my site, I want my money back. Also note that I will not EVER give you backend access, so you're going to have to tell me how to fix it. Thanks.

thank you
Hi. I fixed that particular problem by clearing the cache, then logging in and back out again.
I need to know where (the exact location) I can change the hero image and the caption on the front page (when you click community on the poochie.co top nav bar.)
You do not need backend access. Hell will freeze over before I give anyone access to my backend. Sorry.
Hi Tamara,
I cant get any clue for the cant access issue, if you dont provide me the page step, screenshoot and backend access, but if you can solve byt your self, it would be great!
Regarding hero image, I already replied on your another topic.
cheers!
Hello Tamara
While i understand the need to keep your site safe guarded and do not share the access information with third-party i still have to remind you that it will be impossible for us to help you when you are in need.
As such, we can try and help you to some extend, but be advised, we do not have magic wands. If something is not working as advertised, you will have to provide backend access for us to investigate it., otherwise, we might deny any support to you.
Here is the excerpt from our refund policy
Read the full policy here:You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL, and Joomla Admin consoles in order for us to fully debug and install the software. If you cannot provide us this access in a timely and cooperative manner, then we will not be able to give you a refund.
Hi,
Thanks. I will try that.
I understand that there may be some instances where backend access might be required. However, those instances should probably not be something that should be solvable by reading a user manual.
I have a fairly high level of understanding of Joomla, and I know my way around PHP etc., so I would prefer to get instructions and fix it myself. IF I run into a problem that I cannot solve with instructions, THEN I will consider handing over my login information.
Hope you understand.
Thanks.
Tamara
