ISSUE SUMMARY: Timeout when I want to go to the menu configuration / site

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to Components / JomSocial
2 On the left, click to Configuration / Site

RESULT : After a while, connection time-out
EXPECTED RESULT : Configuration pages opened
BROWSER : Firefox / MS Edge

- I bought yesterday JomSocial. It's my first installation. It's a new joomla installation.
- The frontend is OK and the other pages also
- I'm in a mutualized server with the provider OVH. It's not possible to configure the php.ini file.

Please you increase "max_input_time" configuration, because current setting is not fit with jomsocial needs.

As I said, I've no access to the php.ini and Ovh doesn't want to change this value. Is my problem really linked with this value ? If it is, I couldn't use the module JomSocial and that will be a problem for me...

I've decided to change my web provider. I will install all of this on the new server. I'll tell you in a while if it's OK.
