ISSUE SUMMARY:
User cannot create account them self.
I mean they can create but at the end of final steps of account creation, they will get message as follows.
"Your account has been created. An activation link has been sent to your e-mail. You must activate the account by clicking on the activation link before you can login."

The issue is "the Activation link" is not going to any email. Then how a user can create account them self without getting activation link.

Please you go to Joomla User manager->options->change this configuration "New User Account Activation" set to None

Now..Ok...
But However If it is activated by the user by clicking the Activation Link, that give us a stranded for our Website.
Really It is not solution for it.

Actually the activation is wokring fine as well, maybe it went to your spam/bulk folder, you need to check it.
