Warning: File not uploaded for security reasons when I try upgrade

ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1from admin >extension>Manage
2 search for file com_community_pro_4.1.1 hit enter
3 go back in admin and hit upload

RESULT : get two errors in admin first in yellow/beige
Warning: File /home/rainboz9/public_html/tmp/com_community_pro_4.1.1.zip not uploaded for security reasons!
second error in red
Error There was an error uploading this file to the server.



EXPECTED RESULT: Hope the component would be uploaded and working
BROWSER: Firefox and tried it in googleC
NOTE updated joomla from 3.3.6 to 3.4.4 just prior to this issue???

But I see that you have JomSocial 4.1.1 installed...

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Yes I just found a way. it seems that I am able to install in internet explorer but firs I have to turn off the Akabaa backup in the installer
the line that says Extensions installation enhanced by Akeeba Backup • Back to standard installer
I clicked " • Back to standard installer" and it worked. Thanks for prompt attention and help
