please elaborate more, I need full URL of #143723. and I need full site access at joomla backend as super user and FTP access detail.

Dear Albertus,

I could not give you access to the admin panel since it is a blank page too. We could get access to the site only via cPanel.

We asked cPanel about this. They pointed out that the site request directs to the IP of CloudFlare, which is true. In the past, we had the same issue with another Jomsocial run site and resolved this only by deleting CloudFlare redirect back to the original IP. I wonder if there is another solution available so we could keep the CloudFlare running.

any blank page must be containing fatal error. the blank page only at joomla admin page?
I checked jomsocial frontend at your site, there is no blank pages.

what php version that using at your server?

please provide me those credentials (joomla super user + FTP access detail). without that I cannot do anything about this issue.
