ISSUE SUMMARY:
Members are able to activate their account without completing the multi-profile form and without admin approval

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Sign up for the site but don't fill out the multi profile portion

EXPECTED RESULT Must complete multi-profile and admin must approve the membership before activated

I need to check backend configuration, here my IP 36.83.168.176 that need to be unblocked.

please make sure at joomla backend > users, options. the new user activation already use Admin.
and profile fields already as mandatory.

I have that IP address unblocked and you should be able to access the back end now.
I just confirmed that the site is set for Admin approval on registration and that the multi profile fields are required.

really sorry, my IP changed again to: 125.167.96.148
can you temporary turn off that IP blocker?

i cant make my IP stay using that IP. the changes depending with my internet provider.

please goto joomla backend > users > manage, click options button, and set New User Account Activation = Admin
and goto joomla plugins manager, find jomsocial redirect, enable it, and please make sure you activate Override com_user registration.

seem that users signed up at your site by using joomla default sign up page:
http://[site domain]/index.php?option=com_users&view=registration
