1. Is there a module to "suggest a friend" where userA can suggest to userB to become friends with userC?
2. You have a list of new features of 4.1.0, but where can I see/read about what those features are?

1. Yes, there are:

2. "New Apps & Modules" means that we rebuild all apps and modules from scrap. They have new feature like "Members" module doesn't have tabs now but you may decide what type of list to display e.g featured members, popular members etc. "Events" allows you to display upcoming events or only your events. WE introduced new "Calendar module" for events... too much to enlist... nearly every module has something new.

Stacked are opposite to tabbed - now you may display app as separated box - not only tabbed box list.

Of course from another JomSocial: i.imgur.com/G0ze9Vl.png It imports all profile related data (but not activities, photos, videos, events and groups - only profiles).
