Hi, I lost time.

I'm using the 4.0.9 version. I would like to upgrade to 4.1.1.

I've downloaded the 4.1.1 zip package.
I haven't the 4.1.0 package.

May you explain me what I have to do?
In which way I can perform the upgrade?
I will lost data? Users? Photo, video?

Please explain everything very carefully.

NO, you won't loose anything. Just make sure you created backup copy of your whole site and db.
Then read this post: www.jomsocial.com/blog/jomsocial411 it contains upgrade instructions.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
