This wood bee an excellent future, a list with oline and attached offline user.:
Online user attached with all member who logged out.
1) All online User
2) offline last log out
Last user “ log out” is on position 1 by offline user and user who logged out bevor is 2nd position by offline user and so on.
This makes sense, the online list is longer and you can find user who was online 1 minute or 3 minute or 5 minute and so on.
User who are very often online are in the pole position by offline user and get more hits to find.
So you can find user who are working in the community daily and the community makes more fun and traffic.

When viewing All members -> Online members you will see ONLY online users, becose it's the only purpose of this list. you can't mix off line and online members here.

What you want is a top 10 (r more) list and user displayed by points (that indicate page activity).
Please, check what new Members Module has to offer.
